Please be aware that herbs and spices are sensitive products, and our shipping options, especially for international orders, are limited. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We utilize Standard Economy Shipping. Typically, deliveries within Canada can take between 10 to 20 days. If you're considering paying extra for faster shipping, please contact us first to explore the possibilities. Based on our experience, even an increase of 50% in shipping fees may not significantly expedite delivery. We encourage you to carefully consider this information before placing your order.

International Shipping: We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Customs Duties and Fees: The buyer is responsible for any customs duties and administrative fees that may be required by their country's customs regulations.

No Cancellations: Once an order is confirmed and has been shipped, we cannot accept cancellations. If you encounter any issues with your payment or shipping details, please contact us immediately for assistance. We are here to help ensure that your order process goes as smoothly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you have two options. You can choose to have it resent by covering the additional shipping costs ($15 for Canada and US addresses. $18 for international shipments). Alternatively, if you prefer a refund, we will deduct the original shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee from the refund amount. Please note that these charges apply even if your order initially qualified for free shipping.

Late Deliveries: We do not control the transit times of shipping carriers. If your order is delayed but still in transit, we cannot offer a refund or replacement unless the item is lost during shipping.

Missing Delivered Orders: If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please take the following steps:
- Check with neighbors in case the package was delivered to them by mistake.
- Contact your local post office with the tracking number and shipping details to help locate the package.

Wrong Item Sent: If you receive the incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will send the correct item the next business day.

Damaged Items: Report any damaged items within 7 days of delivery. Please provide photos as proof of damage and to confirm that the product seal remains intact. If verified, we will send a replacement the next business day.

Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unopened with seals intact. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds, minus a 30% restocking fee, will be processed within 7 days after we receive the returned item in its original condition. Items returned with broken seals are not eligible for a refund.
